Returns & Refunds
Damages:
We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged items to support@logburnerhome.com so that we can open an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds:
Any orders cancelled after 24 hours of placing the order may be subject to additional fees. If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order.

Returns Period: All returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please notify us of your intention to return the item(s) within this timeframe.

Our customer service team will guide you through the returns process and schedule a convenient time for the collection of the item(s).
Collection: We offer a collection service for returns within the United Kingdom. Our courier will pick up the item(s) from the address provided during the returns process. Please ensure that someone is available to hand over the item(s) to the courier during the scheduled collection time.
Condition of Returned Items: To qualify for a refund, all returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria.
If the reason for return is that the item does not fit, you ordered the wrong item and didn't notify us prior to receiving it, or you no longer want the item, you will be charged the actual cost of return delivery.
Refund Process: Once the returned item(s) are received and inspected, our team will assess their condition. If the items meet our return criteria, a refund will be processed. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Restocking: We don't have any restocking fees or return fees, as long as you comply with our Returns Policy stated above.
Exceptions: Please note that certain items, such as personalised or custom-made products, may not be eligible for return unless they are faulty or damaged upon receipt. This is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
